Your squad is, in theory, supposed to be escorting them, but you and they both know that they're very good at what they do and they aren't going to be going anywhere where your services are needed. They'll be doing the surgical work; your job is just to blow shit up.   You're up next; you start to feel the combat stims as you sprint out the door. The WombAt the beginning of every human's life, there is the womb.   
We don't remember the womb itself, because most memories not acquired through the learning process are ingrained by adrenalin and at that point there is nothing to give us any sort of adrenalin rush. However, as always, the learning process is at work in the womb, and our first experiences give us our first, and most definite idea of what "normal" or "good" is: a feeling of complete security, warmth, and a lack of any sort of worry. The moment at which we form enough brain cells for that brain to be "on" is the happiest moment of our lives.

UncertaintyWe live in a world of uncertainty.
